A light cream, useful for blending with other flavours. this is called sweet cream, but it is not really that sweet. This flavour adds an all-around milky character to other ingredients.
This is an all natural flavor, it is very delicate.
It should smell milky, with light buttermilk notes.
Great to add to cereals, ice creams and milk shake flavours to boost milkiness.
