A strong flavour, we recommend starting out low, otherwise it's easy to overpower your mixes. This flavour is a wild and tart version of a blueberry, great for adding realness to existing blueberry recipes or combined with dark fruits or other berries.
Goes great anywhere other blueberries would in bakery and desserts (recommend around 0.5%).
Comes in a 10ml size.
